===============================================
  AO.Hub (Alpha to Omega) v1.6.1
===============================================

A central hub and tool suite for Autodesk Maya,
formerly known as Pjots Zen Tools.

Included Tools
--------------
  - AO.Hub Central hub for installing, updating, and
launching all tools from one place.

  - Vertex Distributor Distributes vertices evenly along a curve
                       with fine-grained control.

Additional tools can be installed and updated directly
from the Hub (requires internet access from within Maya).

Requirements
------------
  - Autodesk Maya 2024, 2025, or 2026 (Windows / macOS / Linux)

Installation
------------
  1. Open Maya.
  2. Drag the file "dragThis_intoMaya.py" from this folder
     into the Maya viewport.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear once the installation
     is complete.
  4. Restart Maya.
  5. After the restart, a new shelf called "AOStudioTools"
will be available. Click the Hub button to get started.

Updating
--------
All updates are handled through the Hub itself.
Open the Hub and check for available updates from there.

Uninstalling
------------
Use the Hub's built-in uninstall option, or manually delete:
    - <Maya scripts>/pjots_zen_tools/
    - <Maya prefs>/shelves/shelf_AOStudioTools.mel
    - <Maya prefs>/icons/pjots_zen_tools*.png

Troubleshooting
---------------
  - Shelf not visible after restart?
Go to Windows > Settings/Preferences > Shelf Editor and
check if "AOStudioTools" is listed. If not, re-run the
      installer.

  - Buttons show a generic icon?
The icon files may not have been copied correctly.
Re-run the installer and make sure the "icons" folder
      is present next to "dragThis_intoMaya.py".

  - Hub cannot reach the internet?
Maya must be allowed through your firewall / proxy to
download additional tools from the Hub.
